Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the LVS Constructions app ("the app") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The app is published by LVS Developers & Builders ("LVS", "we", "us"), Flat No. 026, LVS Gardenia, Phase 1, Halehalli Village, Kithiganur, K.R. Puram, Bangalore 560036, India.
Information we collect
You can browse every part of the app without giving us any personal information. We only collect personal information when you choose to send an enquiry, request a site visit, use the contact form or save your details in the Profile tab. In that case we receive:
- your name;
- your mobile number;
- your email address, if you choose to give it;
- the project and the kind of help you asked about, and any message you write.
The app also sends us the list of homes you shortlist, together with a random ID the app creates when it is installed. This ID is not linked to your phone's hardware or advertising ID; it only lets us keep your profile and shortlist together. We also receive the app version, whether you use Android or iPhone, and the internet (IP) address your enquiry came from, which we use to block spam.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, hardware identifiers or advertising identifiers, and it contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to respond to your request — for example to call you back, arrange a site visit, or share prices and floor plans for the project you asked about — and to keep you informed about the projects you asked about or shortlisted. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it is stored
Your information is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to LVS's own server at app.lvsconstructions.com and stored in a password-protected database hosted for us by our web hosting provider, Hostinger, which processes it only on our behalf. Access is limited to the LVS sales team.
Your profile and shortlist
If you save your details in the Profile tab, your name, mobile number and email are kept on your phone so the app can fill in forms for you, and a copy is sent to us so our team can help you. Tapping "Remove my details" in the Profile tab deletes them from your phone and from our server, together with the shortlist we hold for you.
Opening other apps
When you tap Call, WhatsApp, Email, Directions or a social media link, the app opens the relevant app or website on your phone. Anything you share there is handled under that service's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and profile details for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on the project you asked about, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you sent through the app by writing to info@lvsconstructions.com or calling +91 98458 73832. We will act on your request within a reasonable time.
Children
The app is intended for adults looking to buy a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
