Delete your data
The LVS Constructions app has no login or password. If you saved your details in the app or sent us an enquiry, you can have them deleted in either of these ways.
Option 1 — in the app (instant)
- Open the LVS Constructions app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Remove my details, then confirm with Remove.
This immediately deletes your name, mobile number, email and the shortlist we hold for you, both from your phone and from our server.
Option 2 — ask us
Email info@lvsconstructions.com with the subject "Delete my app data", or call +91 98458 73832 (Mon–Sat, 9 am – 6 pm). Tell us the mobile number you used in the app.
We will delete your profile, shortlist and every enquiry sent from that number within 30 days and confirm by email or phone. Use this option if you have uninstalled the app or want your enquiries deleted too.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- The projects you shortlisted, and the random app ID linking them.
- Enquiries and messages you sent through the app (Option 2).
What is kept
Nothing linked to you is kept after deletion. Server backups made by our hosting provider are overwritten automatically within 30 days. If you have already booked or bought a home with us, records required by law for that sale are kept separately from the app, as the law requires.
